Delete inside Exposentra
Open Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account, review the information shown and confirm the request. You may be asked to authenticate again.
Request deletion by email
Email info@cyberhunter.biz from the address registered to your account with the subject “Exposentra account deletion request”. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and organisation relationship.
Before you request deletion
- Download or share any reports your organisation needs to retain.
- If you are the only workspace administrator, assign another authorised administrator where appropriate.
- Cancel any app-store or external payment subscription separately if the provider requires it.
- Do not send passwords, authentication codes or confidential infrastructure details by email.
Individual account deletion
Deleting an individual user account removes or anonymises the personal account information associated with that user and revokes access. Organisation assets, assessment results, support history and audit information may remain available to other authorised workspace administrators where the organisation still uses the service or where retention is necessary for security, contractual or legal reasons.
Organisation or workspace deletion
A request to delete an entire organisation workspace must come from an authorised administrator or other verified representative. We may need to confirm authority, resolve an active subscription or contractual obligation, and ensure the request does not improperly remove information needed by other authorised users.
What happens after verification
We will confirm the scope of the request and begin deletion or anonymisation of the relevant active data. Limited information may be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations, protect the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes or demonstrate that a request was completed. Residual copies may remain in protected backups until the applicable backup rotation completes.
